When you see how Jingya interact with Members and when she assists corporate team even outside of her work scope this speaks loyalty on its own. She is a proud member of LEO family and a great asset for all. Respectful to all and adjustable to every situation.

Jingya always excels at any job with no pushback while keeping a smile on her face, happy to put in long hours or work on a weekend when needed, finds ways to complete her work efficiently and within the required time frames and is very resourceful at it. And when she is tasked with something new and scary – she just does the extra work to prepare herself and does it!

Ownership

Jingya isn’t just taking full control over any given task but independently engages in work, she sees importance in fully understanding processes and suggests improvements for the benefit of Members and our work flow.

During the launch of some critical projects, her commitment, dedication and focus towards delivering projects is really commendable. Not only this, she was also leading the QA team in the absence of Ana and showed some really good management skills.

Excellence

Technically, she is one of the best in the department and always try to improve the processes and way of working of her department. She is never frightened of making suggestions for improvement either in her team or for other teams across the business. She is a real asset to the team.

Ownership

Anbu is always take ownership of her work by not just doing her usual work and delivery of it but also review the complete system in the holistic way to identify the ripple effects of new changes.

She is a trustworthy and caring line manager which manages to create a good atmosphere and working environment for us all. She brings the best out in people in the name of LEO. She deals with any problems with great discretion and empathy, looking for solutions. There is nothing that cannot be solved even if it has to have a temporary solution.

Her skills come shining through for the business as she always available and super-efficient not only for the members but also her team members (and anyone else too). She has high standards and work ethics and works to perfection.

Ownership

She goes above and beyond her normal working week. She arranges her life and time around her work tasks and is such a responsible person not only to the members but also to the rest of the corporate team, to make sure there is a safety net for us all. Nothing goes unnoticed by Mandi, she is fair and just, and we are all very lucky to have her.

From the very first day with LEO, Jennie is focused on constant learning and improvement of TS work. She is ready to accept challenges and help whenever needed.

Excellence

Very often, Jennie comes with improvement proposals which aim to support our Members in a quicker and more efficient way. She is very experienced in Customer Support activities and she is doing her best to use her expertise in LEO.

Ownership

She works independently. If she spots a week point, she takes ownership and initiative to improve it. She has very good organizational skills. She is participating in TS projects and is one of the team Members who help training newcomers.

Hina has both our members and the company’s best interest at heart. Hina is a great asset to the company and a pleasure to work with.

Hina is hard working and always on top of things. In Hina’s role, she efficiently covers Team Support and Project activities related to Team Support.

Hina takes ownership of tasks and uses her initiative to solve problems. Hina brings good ideas and proposals for improvement to the table and is always keen to help wherever possible.

Paul will go above and beyond on all topics that either land on his desk or asked to help in, he takes ownership from the start and takes pride in helping to or solving any situation

Eve has excellent communication skills, this comes in really handy at events.

Eve conducts the role of Bookkeeper / Team Support in the office and manages our Guangzhou office cash flow wisely.
